@adechapmanlaw Problem is their phone line is crap, so PlusNet (who they were previously with) also would never get the phone line sorted and they were left with the same crappy speeds.Have signed them up with Sky fibre for less than they were paying for ADSL!

@GeoffHux @Plusnet If you fall below the minimum agreed levels (login to your account to see) just raise a ticket. Last time I did this they tore up the whole street and fixed loads of faults for free. Follow the process.
